Add Cursor Effects

+1 Lack of cursor and desktop replacement (when recording application window) has me looking at other apps.

Lack of cursor editing is the biggest blocker to be able to transition to Descript fully for us as well. Camtasia does this well with the ability to edit all parameters in post. Being able to change cursor visibility in post would save a lot of takes from needing clunky solutions or rerecords.

Camtasia offers to edit the mouse cursor in post, to set/unset visibility of mouse cursor for different parts in the screen recording. This is the only feature for me + mouse cursor effects (change icon + highlight) that is a dealbreaker not to switch to Descript.

Yes, I've been doing my screen recording in Camtasia and I'm used to having the cursor highlighted so that the viewer can easily see where the mouse is moving to and what is being clicked.
This makes a BIG difference to the videos that you create when creating a tutorial video.
