Could you also offer auto detect of nouns and then offer a picture(emoji to take it's place of that text or beside that text). You already have word stroke to highlight the word so it could be word stroke and then add emoji to image. To take it next level you could add a sound option. So if I say money there would be an icon above it that would be to change the word to an emoji or just the sound or keep the word but add the emoji beside the word. This would avoid me having to use another program for this.
