AMC currently assigns speakers to specific layout slots based on the order that they are assigned in the camera setup dropdown submenu.

As far as I can tell, this order is determined for multicam sequences by the upload order of the individual tracks.

It should be possible to rearrange the speaker order directly within the camera setup submenu to make it easier to maintain consistency of speaker locations within the layouts from episode to episode.
