Here are the specific rules I envision for this feature:

– For a switch in speakers, automatically add a pause of 1-3 seconds.

– When transitioning between different topics or slides, insert a pause of 0.5-1 second.

– Between sentences, add a pause of 0.2 to 0.5 seconds.

– Allow for a pause of up to 0.15 seconds before a conjunction (e.g., "and," "but," or "or").

Currently, our video editors manually apply these rules. Automating this process would greatly streamline our workflow and ensure consistent spacing throughout our content.
