Bring back 'S' to split clip

Splitting a clip by pressing 'S' is more efficient than changing my tool to blade, splitting a clip, then changing the tool back to arrow / select. It's also more efficient than clicking and dragging overlayed media to trim it, and I don't want to have to add a new scene where its not needed. Without the 'S' to split feature, the workflow is disrupted. Splitting the clip with 'S' is a fast and easy way to divide clips into parts and select parts I want to delete. Thanks so much

Why has the split tool been replaced by the Blade tool?? It takes an extra few clicks to do the exact same job as the blade tool.
I can't function with the slowness and fussiness of the blade tool. Please bring The Split Tool Back!
