Removing functionality that was there for lower tier accounts previously is very anti-consumer. If you want to limit newer features to higher tiers, or make future roll outs not unlimited unless you’re on ____ tier that’s fine, but don’t take previously offered features away and put them behind a bigger paywall. That’s screwing over old customers who have been with you for a very long time.
