While this is not a feature request, there isn't really any other avenue to provide feedback as a longtime customer. I've been a customer for 5 years and have always loved it. But in the last 6 months or so, the product has gone downhill, and I'm considering Riverside. It started when you removed the ability to work offline. That was the best feature of Descript. And now, over the last few weeks, I've found that the program just buffers continually, freezing video frames, and makes it basically impossible to edit with any speed.
