When I copy an element from one video to another, such as text, a rectangle, or any other design element, and paste it into a different video window, the pasted element does not appear at the cursor position.

Instead, it seems to be pasted somewhere arbitrary on the canvas. This makes it really difficult to copy elements between videos and place them precisely where I want them.

Ideally, when I copy an element and move the cursor to a specific location in the destination video, pasting should place the element at or near that cursor position, similar to how copy and paste works in most design tools.

It would be great if Descript could fix this behavior and make cross video copy and paste more predictable and position aware.
