While updating track positions in the timeline, it'd be really helpful to have a dotted line on the timeline that indicates where your cursor is in the script.
When I'm trying to align effects with a specific point in the script, it'd be faster to have a visual indicator than to read through the words on the timeline to find the right position.

It does that until you move the cursor - you can reattach by pressing `
