Descript Opens at Startup - cannot stop it

I cannot stop this from happening - the only option anywhere is to uncheck "open at startup" on the menubar - MAC OS Tahoe 26.5 but this has no effect.

Hi Restream user - We shipped a fix for this very recently (Last night), can you make sure your app is up to date? Can you make sure you're on the latest version and double check after making sure you've disabled it on the OS level again? https://help.descript.com/hc/en-us/articles/10503517937677-Updating-Descript-to-the-latest-version
