The speaker recognition is poor. It frequently misses the last word someone says and attributes it to the next speaker. When I'm preparing a transcript I always have to highlight the last word and designate it to the previous speaker. It doesn't add it to the end of the sentence, it puts the word on a line down, so after changing the speaker I then have to go and delete the space.
Also, why is the speaker labeling feature so buried? Every month I come back to use Descript for my podcast and I can never find it. I have to Google where it every single time.

My only request for this would be a better experience during crosstalk. Maybe it breaks into 2 columns or something?
It's mostly a pain when trying to fix the transcript for Captions.
