Unless I am missing something, it's incredibly tedious to take a Zoom side-by-side recording and edit it so that each speaker is in it's own video.

Currently I am

a) duplicating the video and adding both to a sequence

b) cropping and positioning each

However I can't then seem to use things like your layout packs because they forget about the cropping I did. And if I alternate between side by side and active speaker only, it's a zillion adjustments each time.

Currently, I am using Capcut to create a separate video for each speaker and then import those.
