Import Video Chapters as Markers

Video files can have chapters embedded into them, and that's how Descript and other programs like DaVinci or Premiere export markers as chapters.
It would be fantastic to import the chapters embedded in imported videos a Descript Markers.
The use case is editing a video in DaVinci, exporting with "chapters from markers," then import into my Descript composition with the markers from DaVinci in Descript's timeline. Otherwise, markers have to be manually added again in Descript.

This would be brlliant - I just spent ages marking audio WAVs with markers then to put them into descript - I could see descript seeing the markers in the composition, then it transcribed the file and they all got removed - it would be amazing if Descipt could retain those markers once the audio file is in Descript, it seems like the tech is already there but it's not letting us take advantage of it
