I’m writing to share some honest feedback about the recent interface changes. To be completely honest, the redesign has made everyday editing much harder and more frustrating to navigate.

Two specific issues are completely blocking my workflow right now:

Audio ducking isn't working: I used to easily duck background music so my voice came through clearly. With the new layout, the feature simply doesn't work for me, and a basic task that used to take seconds has become a major roadblock.

Video and script playback are out of sync: When I play my project to review it, the video does not line up with the audio or the text highlighting in the script. Because the timing drifts, I can't properly watch or edit my video.

I paid upfront for software that is supposed to save me time, but this updated version is actively disrupting my work and creating unnecessary roadblocks.
