I have been using Descript to make a podcast and for some reason I have been paying you, for a product that is not ready. I am giving you valuable user data but you are not giving me a product that works yet. I know its early days, but Waymo cannot put out a car that may or may not know how to get to your destination and drop you in the wrong spot. Truthfully as excited as I am about using your podcast tool I cannot use the output for anything commercial because there are just too many errors and in the end I will have to cut my own episode the old fashioned way. So why should you take a commercial fee? This has TONNES of potential and I am excited to use it on a big scale one day, but honestly, you really should be paying us to use the tool, not the other way around. It is not ready for commercial use and I am ready to move on. Let me know when you are done experimenting, or give me a free account to help out as alpha user on your work which is still in progress. I will be more than willing to pay once you have a commercial product.
