Maintain window size on launch

Every time I launch the app, it reverts to its default window size. I like make it bigger – sometimes even fill the screen – but next time I launch the app, it's back to its tiny window.

With the new update, Descript no longer retains the last window layout and size the user set. It defaults to a small window center screen. Please fix this (again) to make sure Descript always opens to the last size and layout that the user had used.
