This is possible with Descript Rooms - and currently possible in SquadCast.

Is it possible to record separate audio/video tracks in Rooms like it does in Squadcast? This makes post-editing so much easier if things aren't synced right or the audio levels are off.

I'd love to bring everything under one roof. Would love to cancel squadcast and zoom audio isn't recorded locally on the guests end. If I could record in the Descript desktop app, and I could share a link for the guest to record (locally) in their browser, that would be a game changer!
