It would be amazing to be able to see if people have watched or listend and for how long for public items, like the things we publish to Descript for a link or embed code.

Would love video analytics for embedded videos similar to what wistia and vimeo provide. I'm embedding my descript videos into my courses through embed.ly

I enjoy grabbing and sharing the web link as it shows the transcript with the video so nicely, but would like to view metrics.

I would love to be able to see how many people have viewed videos that have been published directly through Descript

Right now Descript only supports pages viewed, and this metric can only be seen by the video publisher, which is terrible for shared enterprise accounts.

I would like to see comprehensive video metrics/analytics similar to what is available in Wistia (Image from Wistia docs attached)

And for teams, allow team members to see the metrics for all videos published by any member of the team.

Lastly, be able to export metrics to a CSV file - either for individual pages, selected or all pages in a drive.

Tracking amount of attention parts of a published page receive, and when viewership drops off.

Can we get analytics for the compositions we publish (via links)? It would be great to know how many people visit the content we share.

We just launched a new learning center that makes heavy use of embedded Descript videos. I'd love a way to see how many views they're getting!
