YES YES YES! Please, i feel like we had this, or something similar before. Im probably wrong, but this is one of the key features we use it for a podcast we work on, fixing transcription, captions for accessibility and the current workflow is not so easy.

I agree. Sometimes we only need the subtitles to be as clean as possible, but without removing filler words from media as some speakers use a lot of them and if we only have the option to remove it from media it will make the person sound robotic and the video in general jumpy and abruptly cut. This option was available before and it has been removed, but it's necessary.

Strongly second this request. Some speakers use SO MANY filler words, the automatic removal makes their video seem like it was assembled after the fact from bits and bobs! But there's no value in leaving a dozen "um"s in the written captions.
