Request for Subscription Cancellation and Refund

Dear Descript Support Team,
I am writing to request the cancellation of my subscription made yesterday through your website (https://web.descript.com
). Unfortunately, I was not able to adapt to the system and would like to discontinue my use of the service.
This request is made in accordance with consumer protection laws, as the subscription was made less than seven (7) days ago. Therefore, I kindly ask for the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the amount charged.
