I can't count the number of times I've finished recording only to find out that I had the wrong source selected. It didn't record the screen, it didn't record the audio, or it recorded something I didn't expect. I don't know why but the current recording options are too fiddly.

It would be great to be able to lock in a recording profile where you set:

and just hit record. It would verify that you are using all the sources you have selected. If one of those sources has an issue, it should warn you at the very start. This would save a lot of headaches and a lot of lost time having to re-record and re-edit parts that are missing
