Descript team, this doesn't make any sense. Not only is this unsafe, it's not very intuitive. You already have the ability to: Create project > Record > Record with others - this adds the recording from the room directly to that project (as opposed to adding the recording to a new project every time). So extend this feature by: linking the room to a project IN THE URL e.g. https://web.descript.com/room/{{room-UUID}}/project/{{project-UUID}}. This way when we share a link with a guest we know that:

This is still a hack and scheduling functionality would be more intuitive, but this seems like a quick win. Include a guide and we have a working solution in the meantime.

Please add this feature! Or make it clearer how to use the room link to schedule a remote recording. From my tests, every project uses the same Rooms link (UUID) which is really confusing. At least if every project had a unique Rooms link and recordings in that room only went to the project tied to that room, we could schedule future recordings knowing where the recordings end up (albeit in a hacky way).
