Like Squadcast, it is super beneficial to have a scheduling tool in place so I can book recordings for a certain date. Ideally, the link is unique so people don't appear at the wrong time in a waiting room. The main thing is being able to book someone in so their recording will go into a project stored in a sub-folder.

Currently it feels very random as to where the recording will go. If you have multiple clients like me it is very hard to keep track of the recordings.
