Scrolling script to read while recording a video. Should be able to modify scroll speed.

Microsoft Stream has this feature. It's very helpful.

I would LOVE to see a capability to record my speech on camera, currently im not sure how i can do this. but im trying and it's so difficult.

The more similiar service is CAPTIONS App that has a feature to enable script over screen while recording it.
