I work for a medical journal, and there is a lot of alphabet soup and technical phrases that are difficult for the AI to parse without context. For example, "A1C" is throughout a transcript as "a OneC" or "A1 sea" or "A-1C" so it's impossible to get every mistranslation with find/replace.

Flagging that a transcript is "medical" could help contextualize the AI to get the correct term more frequently?
