Share access (view only) based on Folder instead of just Drive.

Support recently told me that the recommended file system is to use a folder for each client/podcast, and a project for each episode. So for this to work well - we need the ability to give free "view only" member access to an entire folder instead of just to the entire drive (or worse having to manually invite client each time). It would also be important to allow us to dictate folder destinations with the Zapier integration.

I don't want all of my team members to have access to every folder. I want to grant them access only to the projects they're working on.
Yes I know I can make a new workspace, but that costs as much as a new member. I just want to give permissions based on folders.

I would like to purchase a subscription for a member to my Drive. However I would like to limit access to specific folders. Is that possible?
I tried but I don't see an option to restrict access, as that person should not see all my folders.
