Add a way to speed up video in a select scene. Use case example: A construction site walkthrough video includes sections where the camera operator is walking from one part of the site to another, without saying much. I want to speed up that part of the walkthrough to show how he gets from point A to point B without wasting too much time on that part of the clip since there's dead air.
