1 - Find a way to blow up the SIZE of the filmstrip so keyframes can be seen more clearly

2 - I often am trying to SPLIT a scene between two shots. But it's very hard to do accurately. I have to expand the timeline to about 200% and even then I often am one frame off, causing a jump frame. I should be able to automatically split between shots (i.e. "scenes") rather than hunt around and try to nail it at just the right moment.

3 - Sliding the SPLIT point doesn't work. I should be able to move the split point one way or the other by dragging it, like your instructions say. But instead, there's a bug, and it creates black frames.

4 - "Center Active Speaker" doesn't work. And when you finally do get it working, it should be able to reframe without needing me to set a SPLIT point first.
