I would like to regenerate all of my back episodes transcripts into a Markdown format, I have 100 episodes, A feature that allow me to select the projects and then select and export function would save me hours of work .

Agreed! I'm using textutil on the Mac to convert the RTF into HTML anyway—Markdown, which is designed to convert cleanly into HTML, would be even better.
