I have two scenes, same layout. The layout has a freeform text field. I update the text on scene 1 with the properties panel on "Current Scene" and it is always updated in the second scene too and vice versa.

The text field is for the speaker designation.

Same happens if I want to fix the speaker label to a speaker (not to active speaker). The change is applied to all scenes with the same layout. Meaning in scene 1 I talk should be Joerg, the other scene the guest talks, should be the guest name.

The "funny thing is" The video is showing both speakers, now I crop and move per scene to have the speaker in the layout. This is not applied to all scenes but kept per scene.

I am sure the behavior was different in the past. If you changed something, at least introduce a toggle that allows, same as previous scene to turned on or off.
