Timestamping for AI Voice

Please please integrate traditional timecode and timestamping for transcribing. This is a pretty basic and necessary feature that Descript is missing. The main use case, so far but there are many, syncing ai dialogue. Most consumer level programs, even capcut, have this basic feature. The main reason for this is that with dialogue replacement Descript does not place anything on a grid, framerate or time marker and so any generated ai voices are just wildly placed and out of sync. When one takes a recorded voice and transcribes it in descript and then generates an ai voice, it should be wholly unnecessary to have to do an entire dialogue editing session to get it back to the original sync of the recording. This is not a big ask and I am SHOCKED it is not already build into Descript. Please, please, please WE beg of you, integrate timestamping (timecode should be a given as well since this ius a video editor) for transcriptions (you can even hide the markers in a backend window if you want) so that using your ai voices is not so tedious! If teenagers using capcut have this functionality, professionals using Descript must have it too.
