The toolbar above the track view automatically appears and disappears when the mouse cursor is moved down to the track editor and up to the script editor. The problem is that the toolbar can appear over the bottom of the video player and masks / hides the very bottom portion of the video.

Sometimes I am trying to trim the video based on what's visible in the very bottom of the video, and it's impossible to see because of the automatic appearing / disappearing toolbar.

I wish there was a way to turn off this feature or lock the toolbar so that it's always in view and not blocking the video player.
