Currently timecode offset only has hh:mm:sec:

I would love to have the ability to add frames as well please hh:mm:sec:ff / 00:00:00:00 so I can sync up with the embedded video timecode

Please please please can we enable transcripts of captions in frames per second as well as just milliseconds? I only ever work in 24, 25 or 30 frames per second.

I also would love to be able to add the Time Code to the transcript. It Seems I can add chapters, or Time Codes, but not chapters with time codes.
