I'd like to be able to scroll left and right in the waveform view using shift + scrollwheel on the PC app. Shift + scrollwheel works on the mac app

It seems like when rewinding, a held key to slide the time out of the current range (to rewind left) would feel a lot better than using the grey drag bar underneath, which is often jumpy and requires zooming timeline to negotiate.

In the current design moving left or right in the audio is controlled by a disappearing control. Make that control permanently available so that we can easily find it and move left or right.
