I am blown away by the capabilities I am discovering in Descript. But then I hit a roadblock -- no camera recording (other than for screen recording) on Windows. Dang!
I realize that I can use Windows built-in recorder, then load that into Descript. That's an extra step I would like to avoid.

Agree - I use screen-castomatic to do all my screen captures. Tons of features but it adds another step. I feel like the screen capture on Descript is MVP. I love everything else though.

YES Please! I would like to be able to record a video using my webcam on my Windows laptop. Screenshare as well.

Descript developers seem to be ignoring this one, despite representation to them, they do not even comment. Think they may have a bias against Windows users.

Please address. I am one of Richard’s podcast students. I discovered Descript through his course. I also teach at a large university and have been talking to IT about getting site licenses for descript. My request will go no where until Descript becomes much more Windows friendly—my university has contracts with Dell (academic side) and HP (healthcare side). Cha-Ching.
