Add connection monitoring to Rooms a la Squadcast

One of the best features of Squadcast - besides reliability and ability to schedule sessions - is having the option to view all host and guest connectivity statuses. As a host, I keep that panel open during the entire recording so I can see if an issue pops up that may need to be addressed rather than risk losing the main recording for someone or everyone.
After nearly losing two 90 minute podcast recording months ago using Rooms we've been using Squadcast and it has been rock solid. Help give users the same level of confidence in Rooms!

Gabe Michalski that is indeed better than nothing, but we really like the progress bars Squadcast provides as we'll hold off on starting the actual episode recording until we see everyone synced up to at least 75% or so. Watching that bar and status in Squadcast really helps us feel confident that things are running smoothly for everyone throughout the recording.
