Descript Room is a mess

I cannot access my Descript room recording, it's just circling "start editing" loading animation, live support has no idea as they even admit they have no technical knowledge. and email tech support does not reply quickly. And while Descript Room is a mess you have announced already and display a message that Squadcast is discontinued. This is what I pay a premium for each year? You must be joking, even Skype cloud recording did much better than this! ticket no#313226

Hi Joerg Droege - your case is still open: 313228, and we are still investigating.
SquadCast is being deprecated, and has not received any major updates beyond bug fixes in over a year. We are making sure that we've resolved the major feature requests for Rooms before we end the SquadCast service, but we did want to let users know that it will eventually be shut down.
This particular forum is not for individual bugs, or general complaints. It's specifically for issues that we can solve for you during a 2-day hackathon.
