Remember Transition Settings

Let me set the transition setting once and then toggle to keep them the same for the rest of the Project/Composition.
ex. I set Color Dip to .5s and a red Hex code once. Now all future uses of Color Dip keeps those settings. Same for Ken Burns - change default to Zoom In up and to the right. This would be killer with the new transitions coming.

I do a lot of 3-frame crossfades, using 111 ms. Let me set it or just remember the last used. Or keep a few recents in the drop-down.
