The number of steps needed to fix each transcript error is too high. Selecting words takes too long and is fiddly (not consistently selected with mouse clicks - has sticky behaviour patterns). Consider: - making transcription fixes inline rather than inside the current seperate modal dialog box. - Selecting an area of the timeline and allowing changes by typing there (I accept this probably requires a modal box). - Removing the 100 character limit on changes.

It used to be pretty good, but it's getting worse compared to others. I have now switched to using ElevenLabs Speech to Text because it's 99.9% correct first time and then pasting in that transcription. Anyway you can use their tool as your own transcription?

bring back the permanent chapter/marker list as video navigation (as an toggled option)

after i upload a video and you transcribe it, i want to download the transcript, do a bulk set of edits to the transcript (not removing filler words, but fixing typos and homonyms, etc. due to domain understanding you simply don't have), and upload that for a replacement of your transcription, after which i can then do the few remaining minor edits on filler words, etc. so I don't have to manually do 100 or more edits every time

Right now if you have something like "Dr." in the transcript, the period forces a new paragraph. There needs to be a shortcut or button to add this punctuation that doesn't force a new paragraph.

The new red color is inaccessible and gives me a headache. Allow users to customize the display for their preferences.

Allow me to type in a - or * and have that create bullet points when typing into text clips on the canvas.
